This would require that you haven't opened the item yet. You have to send it back on your costs and we need to charge a restocking fee.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately via email. However, if the item has already been dispatched, the same policy applies regarding returns and shipments as stated previously.
HOW ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS?
