If you’re into kink, this is a must have!! With adjustable clips for tension!! Tightening the clips would work better for more vigorous play if you can tolerate it. The adjustments are a bit tricky to make once it is on. You have to adjust it prior to attaching it, so there is some initial guess work to make it fit properly. I strongly recommend applying them before play as they will become very slippery during play. It works well for oral or toy play/penetration , and also for photography.
